Why Wear a Mens Girdle
In today’s day and age, pretty much anything goes in fashion. The reality is blurred between men and women and this is great for the adventurous guy who wants to try a mens girdle. This is not to say that wearing a male girdle is for kinky or erotic purposes. No, there are many reasons why a man would want to wear a girdle anywhere from looking slim or for medical reasons such as a hernia girdle.
Perhaps the most popular reason for guys to buy a support girdle is to look thinner. Slimming underwear is catching on with men as they have become more open to borrowing ideas from the female closet. Women have been hiding fat with their body shaping underwear for years. It is only fair play that men camouflage fat rolls as well with a male girdle. Before, the selection for mens girdle was awful to non existent and this forced men to either suffer in silence or seek out slimming underwear in the womens department. Of course, this was emasculating and some men and their wives/girlfriends did not feel right for men to wear women’s underwear. Of course, if you are into cross dressing, then so be it. However, for some men, their purpose was truly to only look slimmer and wearing women’s underwear was not for them due to the anatomical differences and the hassles of just peeing. A girdle designed for men is the way to go as it is more comfortable to wear and it supports the man in the right places.
Speaking of comfort, some men just like the way slimming underwear makes them feel. They like the tight wrapped feeling and the level of compression and support they get around the torso, hips, and legs area. Obviously, being held together like that also makes you look slimmer as well so girdles also help with looking good under your clothes as foundation underwear. In female fashion, having good underwear is all important in order to look smooth and sleek without any visible panty lines. The same principles hold true for men as well as you want to have a thin silhouette.
Another reason to wear mens girdle is because of medical issues. Girdles give great back support and work like compression bandages to relieve stress on the lower back. Men have also been known to wear compression underwear to help their hernias before and after their surgery as continued support.
There are many reasons for men to be wearing girdles and it is best not to judge. Thankfully, society is much more open to men wearing girdles and there is a much wider of selection for men.
